We ship from Hong Kong. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, changes or cancellations may not be possible. You may return the order for a full refund after receiving it.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you received incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us immediately at info@thezavora.com with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related details. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned item. For further details, please reach out to your card-issuing bank.
