30-Day Returns

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Zavora.

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask that the product is kept in good condition and has only been lightly inspected or tested. If the item shows significant signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or missing parts, the refund amount may be adjusted where permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at zavorashop7@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help arrange a suitable replacement, refund, or return.

Sale and discounted items are also covered by our return policy unless they are clearly marked as final sale.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.
