Welcome to Zavora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thezavora.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Zavora ("we," "us," or "our") is a sole proprietorship operated by Lauren Mila Karimy. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur. We may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Our products are consumer wellness and personal care products. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud.
6. Pricing and Availability Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit or refuse any order before then.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping, processing, and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. No Additional Warranty
We do not offer a separate warranty on our products. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law, or your rights under our Returns & Refund Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
11. Intellectual Property
The Zavora name, logo, and all content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and product descriptions, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. All rights are reserved.
12. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that it is yours and does not break any law or anyone's rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, display, and reproduce it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove any content that is offensive, false, or unlawful.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated tools to scrape or copy it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to compensate us for any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you are a consumer entitled to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live. Those rights are not affected.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
