Returns and Refunds
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@thezavora.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos. If we confirm the issue, we cover the return shipping.
- Cancellations: you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, as long as the order has not entered the shipping process.
- Not accepted: returns for change of mind, and exchanges.
- Before returning anything: please contact us first and wait for return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be refunded.
